GENESEN

GENESEN is our flagship private cloud hardware platform. We provide full support for the hardware, software, and any services that come installed on the Genesen server. This includes the following:

  1. 5 Year hardware warranty support.
  2. Full support for the built in Disaster Recovery solution.
  3. Support and configuration of all pre-installed software

When you purchase Genesen and have us pre-configure it for you, anything in that environment is 100% covered under our GENESEN Standard Support model. This includes having us upgrade components, add features, or even replace an entire unit.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Because we are infrastructure experts, we also sell additional infrastructure components, for example, networking, storage, and supporting services.

Additionally, we've partnered with several top tier service providers to fill in gaps that may exist in our wheelhouse, but that are essential to a full turnkey infrastructure.

Anything that we provide directly, or through a third party is 100% supported. We will never charge you for a call about something that you acquired through Stapel. Guaranteed.

We only sell products we know are high quality and that we can support, so we extend that as a value add.

MANAGED SERVICES

Stapel is an infrastructure company. We design and build the infrastructure that runs your business. We do realize, however, there may be components in your environment that you need supported and we want to be involved. Almost always, these additional components have direct relationships with your infrastructure.

The last thing we want is a finger pointing match, so we've partnered with Vytelis, Inc to provide high quality managed services for everything else in your environment. That includes helpdesk, additional consulting on a host of products and services that may not be related to Stapel or Genensen.
