For high quality, full service support that focuses on keeping your organization humming along, with an eye towards privacy and control, Stapel has a deep set of services. That includes helpdesk, maintenance, and additional products and services to address almost all of your technology needs.
GENESEN is our flagship private cloud hardware platform. We provide full support for the hardware, software, and any services that come installed on the GENESEN server. When you purchase GENESEN and have us pre-configure it for you, anything in that environment is 100% covered under our GENESEN Standard Support model.
Additionally, because we are infrastructure experts, we also sell infrastructure components such as networking, storage, and supporting services.
To fill in any gaps we have in our skillset, we've partnered with several top tier service providers who sell products and services we know are high quality. But don't worry! Anything that we provide directly or through a third party is 100% supported and we will never charge you for a call about something that you acquired through STAPEL.
The Cloud doesn't have to be public. While we support public cloud services, we prefer to see our clients leverage Private Cloud services. The difference is that you get to maintain control and privacy, which we think is a pretty good idea.
Not only do you get to maintain control over you information the cost of private cloud services is vastly cheaper than public cloud. If you're concerned about having hardware at your location, that's not a problem, we offer co-location services that allow you to keep dedicated hardware in a secure, always on datacenter environment.
