REMOTE ASSISTANCE

How to get remote assistance:

We just need you to download and run the remote support tool for your operating system.

  1. Simply click the Download Remote Support button below, this will download a small file into your Downloads Folder on your machine.
  2. Run that file by double clicking on it to launch the application (It may ask you to make changes to your machine or prompt you to allow the application run, Click Yes)
  3. Provide enough information so we can identify you in the Support Queue, your name and email address, for example.
  4. Once you are in the queue, our technician will initiate the connection.

There is nothing installed during this process, it simply is a file that runs temporarily. Once we are done assisting, the application will be automatically stop functioning until your run the downloaded application again.
